base with performance commission, plus retail and leadership
opportunities where applicable.

Associate Program
A guided path from beauty school or early career experience
into confident, guest-ready work – without being expected to
figure everything out alone.
UP TO 90 DAYS
With the ability to progress sooner when you are ready and approved.
WHAT THE PROGRAM INCLUDES
- Salon systems, onboarding and the Seven Standards
- Consultation, guest experience and service flow
- Technical education and hands-on practice
- Rebooking, retail and career-building habits
- Mentor or owner sign-off before each new skill
- The opportunity to begin taking services as you are ready
The goal is confidence, not rushing. Advanced associates may move faster once each skill is approved.
